Three doors
Pick the one that fits
Each address is read by the people who can act on that kind of message. Sending to the wrong one only adds a forwarding step.
Publishing a profile
Your own listing: the details, the media, the verification video and any question about paid placement. Not a booking line — nobody here can arrange a meeting or take money for one.

A page that will not load, a filter returning nonsense, a photo that never appears, a listing showing the wrong thing. Say what you did, what you saw and what you expected instead.

A copy of what is held about you, a correction, a withdrawal of consent, or a deletion. The removal guide sets out what a request needs before you write.
What the data is and what you are asking for

Nobody watches these inboxes around the clock, and no reply from here reaches anyone in the physical world. In an emergency in Hong Kong call 999; for suspected trafficking or another crime use Hong Kong Police reporting. Do that first, and write here afterwards if a page still needs taking down.
Before you press send
Five habits that get a faster answer
Applies to every channel
- Write a subject line that says what it is. "Profile Anna, wrong district" gets read; "Hello" waits.
- Paste the exact address of the page rather than describing where you found it.
- Say plainly what you want to happen — corrected, removed, explained, published.
- Cross out anything the request does not need: other people's details, account numbers, unrelated history.
- Keep your own copy of what you sent and of whatever comes back.
Never send money, passwords or wallet keys to any address on this site, whatever the message asking for them appears to say.

Frequently asked questions
Which address handles a listing that should not be there?
The privacy channel, and the removals page explains what to put in the message. Sending the same thing to all three addresses does not make it move faster; it simply lands in three inboxes.
Can I be put in touch with an advertiser?
No. Whatever contact channel a listing publishes is the only one there is, and no message is relayed on anyone's behalf. If a profile shows no way to reach it, there is nothing behind the scenes to pass on.
Why do some of these addresses not work yet?
The site is being set up. A channel shown as a placeholder has no mailbox behind it, so a message sent there reaches nobody. The state on this page is generated from the configuration, not typed in by hand.
Is there a phone number or a live chat?
No. Everything happens by email, so that both sides keep a record of what was asked and what was answered. That matters more than speed on requests of this kind.
